Great to meet you!

I’m a therapist who believes people heal best in spaces where they feel understood, supported, and never judged. My style is warm, steady, and down‐to‐earth — a place where you can slow down, breathe, and talk openly without feeling like you have to perform or hold everything together. I have seven years of experience in outpatient settings, and I hold certification in Trauma‐Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which informs my trauma‐aware and practical approach. I specialize in anxiety, emotional regulation, identity development, and supporting adults and adolescents who have experienced chaotic or invalidating environments. Therapy with me is not about perfection — you just have to come as yourself, and we’ll work together from there.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in helping clients feel safe enough to explore what’s beneath the surface. I blend practical strategies with insight‐oriented work to help clients understand their emotional patterns and strengthen regulation skills. I’m trauma‐aware and attentive to how past experiences shape current stress and relationships. Sessions balance gentle honesty with emotional safety and real‐life tools. My goal is to help adults and adolescents feel more grounded, understood, and connected to themselves.

What you can expect from me

A first session with me is calm, conversational, and focused on helping you feel comfortable. We’ll talk about what brought you in, what you’ve been carrying, and what you hope might feel different. I’ll ask some guiding questions, but there’s no pressure to share more than you’re ready for. For adolescents, the pace is gentle and centered on helping them feel respected and at ease. By the end, you’ll have a clearer sense of how we can work together and what our next steps might be.
