Great to meet you!

Many people come to me feeling weighed down by anxiety, depression, trauma, or painful experiences they can’t seem to move past. Others are struggling with eating disorders, disordered eating, or a difficult relationship with food and their body. You may be carrying worry, shame, or exhaustion from trying to hold everything together, or navigating relationship stress, grief, or challenges with your teens. You deserve a space where you feel safe, understood, and able to breathe again.

If you’re facing an eating disorder, disordered eating, or the impact of trauma, I would be honored to walk alongside you. I believe healing is possible, and I’ve supported many clients in making meaningful, lasting change. Recovery takes time, courage, and support—you don’t have to do it alone.

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 14 years of experience supporting children, teens, adults, couples, and families. I am a member of the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals and am actively completing advanced training through IAEDP toward my Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS) credential. My work is grounded in trauma‐informed care, and I specialize in somatic and attachment‐focused therapy to support deeper healing. I am also EMDRIA‐trained in EMDR.

My approach blends evidence‐based practices with a warm, collaborative style to help clients feel safe, understood, and empowered. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, or struggles with eating and body image, I walk alongside you with compassion and practical tools for meaningful change.

If you’re ready to take the next step, I’d be honored to support you.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is a collaborative and supportive process. Together, we work on understanding patterns, building healthy coping strategies, and strengthening the skills you need to feel more grounded and empowered. My approach blends practical tools with deeper insight work, helping you move toward healing, clarity, and a more balanced, authentic life."

What you can expect from me

I provide an environment that feels supportive, collaborative, and centered on your unique needs. In our first session, we’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, explore the patterns or experiences that feel most important to understand, and begin identifying the approaches that may best support your healing. My goal is to offer a space where you feel safe, heard, and grounded as we start shaping a plan that fits you—not a one‐size‐fits‐all model.
