Great to meet you!

I am a compassionate and dedicated therapist with a deep commitment to helping individuals navigate the complexities of their lives. I’ve been privileged to use my training and experience to support clients through a wide range of challenges. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where people feel seen, heard, and empowered. Whether we’re working through mental health concerns, relationship struggles, or personal growth, I believe in the power of meaningful, collaborative conversation. I work tirelessly to empower individuals on their journey toward healing and self-discovery.

My focus

My focus is on supporting individuals who are working to heal from emotional wounds, relational pain, or life transitions that have left them feeling stuck, unseen, or overwhelmed. I often work with those who carry deep hurt, whether from childhood experiences, relationship struggles, or seasons of intense personal change, and who are ready to reclaim a sense of peace and purpose.

My communication style

I aim to create a space that is warm, supportive, and grounded in trust. I communicate with honesty and compassion, using a calm and steady presence to help you feel safe enough to open up, even when the work feels vulnerable. I practice active listening and take the time to truly understand your story, your voice will always be heard and respected in our sessions. My tone is collaborative and grounded. You’ll never feel judged or pressured, and I’ll offer both encouragement and gentle accountability to help you move forward in a way that feels authentic and empowering.

My goals for you

I help clients reach their goals by first creating a safe, supportive space where we can explore what truly matters to them. We begin by identifying not just the challenges you're facing, but also your values, strengths, and hopes for the future.

My approach to therapy

My approach

I am a passionate clinical therapist with experience supporting individuals who are navigating deep emotional pain and working to heal from life’s challenges. I’ve had the privilege of working with various populations, and I am committed to creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can begin to rebuild, rediscover hope, and move toward lasting healing. My passion for helping those in need has guided my specialization in severe mental illnesses, personality disorders, trauma, depression, and anxiety. My professional journey has led me to master various psychological concerns, emphasizing the importance of individuals finding meaning and purpose. Embracing existentialist principles, I strive to support clients in exploring their self-awareness, personal responsibility, and the significance of the choices that shape their overall well-being. At the same time, we will work toward transformation and growth.

What you can expect from me

My first session with you

In our first session together, my focus is on getting to know you, your story, your goals, and what brought you to therapy. I’ll ask questions about your background, current challenges, and what you hope to gain from our work. It’s a space where you can share as much or as little as you feel comfortable, and there’s no pressure to have it all figured out. I approach the first session with curiosity, compassion, and openness. You can expect me to listen closely, offer reflections, and begin identifying the areas we might focus on moving forward. If you're feeling nervous or unsure, that’s completely normal—I’ll walk with you through the process, offering reassurance and clarity along the way. By the end of our session, we’ll begin to outline what therapy might look like for you. Whether you're navigating anxiety, relationship struggles, grief, or just feeling stuck, the first session is the beginning of building trust and creating a space that feels safe, collaborative, and tailored to your needs.
