Great to meet you!

Hello and welcome to my page! You have already taken a huge step in seeking out counseling and should be proud of yourself. I hope to get the opportunity to work with you and help you make positive changes in your life. I have a passion for counseling and helping people grow. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas with seven years of counseling experience. I graduated from Tarleton State University in Fort Worth, Texas, with a Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Doctoral degree from Capella University in Counselor Education and Supervision. I am currently only offering Telehealth services.

My approach to therapy

My counseling experience includes working with survivors of domestic violence/abuse, anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, adolescents, and self-esteem, to name a few. My counseling approach includes techniques in Solution-Focused Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

What you can expect from me

I love counseling and am here to help you grow in any way possible. I would be a good match for you if you are seeking counseling services for life changes, depression, domestic violence, family issues, suicidal thoughts, and feelings, or self-esteem, or if you are a member of the LGBTQ+ community seeking a safe space.
