Great to meet you!

My life philosophy and approach to therapy are one in the same – finding personal meaning to all of life’s experiences. I utilize an eclectic therapeutic modality to personalize therapy for each individual by implementing cognitive behavioral techniques with relational psychodynamic and client-centered existential-humanistic approaches.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe that we, as humans, are created, perceived, harmed, transformed, and healed through all our various types of relationships. I hope that our collaborative relationship within the therapeutic space will provide a transformative and healing environment for self-exploration and personal growth.

What you can expect from our first session

My ultimate goal in therapy is to improve your most important relationship, the relationship you have with yourself, by fostering strength, kindness, understanding, and resiliency.

Our team at Centered Mind Therapy partners with Headway and is looking forward to working with you!
