Great to meet you!

Hi there! I am a board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner and marriage and family therapist. I have over 20 years of experience in the mental health profession. I enjoy working with individuals across the life span and have extensive experience in treating mood and anxiety disorders, psychosis, trauma-related disorders, attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder, and other behavioral health disorders.

My approach to therapy

I strive to be inclusive and form genuine connections with individuals while providing quality and evidence-based treatment. I embrace a holistic approach to treatment, provide education on healthy choices in life that extends beyond medication, and encourage individuals to be active participants in their care.

What you can expect from me

Individual assessments are initially conducted to determine the best treatment approach. This includes a complete psychosocial and medical history, a brief exam, and/or diagnosis. A holistic approach is taken to address all aspects of an individual’s well-being which may include consultation regarding nutrition, environmental hazards, physical activity, psychotropic medication, homeopathic alternatives, and management of chronic health conditions.
