Great to meet you!

I have extensive experience working with individuals who are experiencing crisis as a result of life changes and mood disorders, i.e. depression, anxiety and loss. My goal is to treat individuals, couples and parents in a supportive environment where personal responsibility and active decision making are encouraged. I am also a Divorce Mediator and Certified Grief Recovery Therapist. I believe my experience in these areas also contribute to the knowledge base I have regarding life transitions.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I encourage my clients to become aware of the situations, thoughts and behaviors in their lives that may be causing crisis and then assist them in coming up with more successful, workable alternatives. I believe that crisis is an opportunity for change.

What you can expect from our first session

I find it very fulfilling to assist my clients in discovering their own personal strengths and abilities. If you are looking for assistance in learning how to navigate life changes, improve relationships or improve your own mental well-being I have the experience and proven strategies to help.
