One of the most transformative parts of therapy is for you to feel heard and understood. I am passionate about providing that space for you! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a certification in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (C-DBT). I have a Masters in Social Work and experience in Intensive Outpatient Program, end of life, hospice, and school settings. I work with teens and adults who are faced with depression, anxiety, anger, low self esteem, grief/loss, and life changes.

Using interventions from various therapies such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), I offer a person centered, trauma informed and empowering approach to support you in creating and attaining your goals for your mental health. Basically, I will be there to listen and validate but also help you move forward towards change and find the confidence to do so!

Our sessions will be a space focused on you to process, reflect mindfully and consider new perspectives. We also will identify ways to approach your goals in between sessions. If you are feeling stuck in negative self thoughts, having a hard time connecting to joy/purpose, faced with new challenges, unable to regulate your emotions or noticing unhealthy relationship/communication patterns, I would love to support you with a fresh perspective and potential strategies for change.
