My Name is Kelsea Puckett and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas. I work with individuals, couples, and families (aged 13+) experiencing conflict, significant stress, anxiety, and depression. Additionally, I work with individuals who are experiencing concerns related to pregnancy, postpartum, and infertility. I can’t wait to start this journey towards healing with you!

I believe therapy has to have an individualized approach in order to be effective. Together we can identify goals and take steps to achieve them. I work to create an empathetic and supportive environment that allows you to feel safe. My goal is to help you find tools and balance.
