Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New Jersey with multiple degrees from Widener University. I’ve worked with a wide range of individuals facing challenges like anxiety, depression, OCD, bipolar disorder, and more. My focus is on helping people manage stress more effectively, build healthier routines, and feel more in control of their day-to-day lives.

I also bring experience in hospice and end-of-life care, grief and bereavement, and women’s health—including perinatal and postpartum support—which adds a deeper understanding of how life transitions can impact mental and emotional well-being.

My approach is straightforward, collaborative, and empowering. I work with clients to build self-awareness, identify what’s getting in the way, and break things down into manageable steps toward real progress. I believe you already have the tools to create change—I'm just here to help you read the map while you drive.

If you're ready to take an honest look at where you are and where you want to go, I'm here to help you get there with clarity, confidence, and direction.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, empowering, and insight-driven. I believe that meaningful change starts with self-awareness—understanding not just what you’re struggling with, but how those challenges are showing up in your life and holding you back. Together, we work to break things down, explore what’s underneath, and identify clear steps forward.

I use a blend of evidence-based practices tailored to each individual, including cognitive behavioral techniques, mindfulness strategies, and goal-oriented work. I also integrate deeper insight work when it’s helpful, especially when past experiences are influencing present-day patterns.

I’m not here to give you all the answers—I’m here to help you ask the right questions, challenge what’s no longer serving you, and support you as you build confidence in your ability to navigate life on your own terms.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other and building a strong foundation for our work together. I’ll ask questions to better understand what’s bringing you to therapy, what challenges you’re facing, and what changes you’d like to see in your life. We’ll talk through what's been working, what hasn’t, and begin identifying clear, realistic goals that feel meaningful and attainable to you.

This session is also your space to ask questions, share at your own pace, and get a feel for how I work. My goal is for you to walk away from our first session feeling heard, supported, and more confident about the steps ahead.
