Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, and other challenging or unexpected life experiences. I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and have experience supporting clients through both ongoing concerns and periods of significant change. I believe feeling genuinely heard and understood can be an important part of healing, and I strive to provide a space where you can show up as yourself without judgment.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and tailored to the individual rather than one-size-fits-all. I draw from person-centered, trauma-informed, and evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, while paying attention to your experiences, strengths, needs, and goals. I value creating space for deeper reflection and emotional processing while also helping you develop practical tools and new ways of understanding the patterns affecting your life.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin understanding what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk about what you’ve been experiencing, what you hope will be different, and what you would like to gain from our work together. You don’t need to have everything figured out or know exactly where to start—I’ll meet you where you are, ask questions when helpful, and give you space to share at a pace that feels comfortable. Together, we’ll begin identifying what you would like to work toward and what support may be most helpful for you.
