Great to meet you!

I am excited to start working with you! I am a licensed clinical social worker who works with people addressing three main areas: mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, and relationships. I find these three often overlap and go hand in hand! I use my background in trauma therapy, EMDR, DBT, and Internal Family Systems to help clients grow in skills while also decreasing their symptoms and negative experiences. I love working with women, teens, young professionals, and many other in different phases of life. I can wait to her from you and appreciate you taking the time to consider therapy with me.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I approach therapy collaboratively- wanting to start where you want to start and work on what you want to address. I use a trauma informed approach and try to look at concerns from a holistic view. I offer a warm, judgment free, and compassionate environment-and love throw in a little humor when it fits.

What you can expect from our first session

When working with me, you as the client, will grow in skills and techniques, you'll experience more healing and less reactivity to life triggers, and will improve relationships in a healthy and meaningful way.
