Great to meet you!

My clients know me as someone who is empathetic, an effective communicator, self-aware and being genuine and non judgmental. Outside of work, I have two children, and I love being outdoors and staying active. I also enjoy cooking and experimenting with new recipes, always seeking out new things that personally enrich me.

My approach to therapy

I like using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) because it helps you process your loss by identifying and challenging unhelpful thoughts, developing healthy coping strategies, and gradually facing distressing emotions. I'll help you learn techniques to manage overwhelming feelings, and work toward finding meaning in your life.

What you can expect from me

In our first sessions, we will focus on getting to know each other and building a foundation of trust. I'll take time to understand your current situation, your goals for therapy, and gather a brief personal history. This session is also a chance for you to get a feel for my style and see if I'm the right fit for you. We'll move at a pace that feels comfortable, and I'll be here to support you every step of the way.
