Great to meet you!

Welcome! I am so happy you're here. Throughout our time together, I will tailor my approach to best fit you and your goals. Clients have described me as empowering, validating, and insightful.

My approach to therapy

I believe in a collaborative, Strengths-based, Psychodynamic approach that starts with searching for the root of what you're struggling with. Once we understand ourselves and our contexts better, we are more equipped to find resolutions or relief in the here-and-now. I strongly believe that we all have the inner resources it takes to gain control over our thoughts and emotions- we just need to unlock the toolkit and integrate it in our daily lives.

What you can expect from me

My first and foremost priority is to help you feel safe, relaxed, and comfortable. I exude warmth, open-mindedness, non-judgment, and care from a genuine place. Growth and healing is not linear and we will take things at your pace.

During the first few sessions, we will get more familiarized with each other and start discussing what your goals are. We will start working towards them in a way that feels productive and not overwhelming, and you get to set how you'd like to measure success!
