Great to meet you!

I earned my Doctorate of Psychology in 2015 and completed my postdoctoral residency in 2016. I am experienced in helping clients with both therapy and psychodiagnostic assessments. I have been lucky to work with clients of various ages, ethnicities, sexual orientations, gender identities, and diagnoses. I offer therapy and evaluations (ADHD, learning disabilities, etc.) via convenient tele-health sessions. I am PSYPACT certified to provide telehealth sessions in many other states as well.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Life can be challenging and we may develop patterns of coping that lead us to feel stuck or isolated. If you hope to explore and process these feelings, patterns, and situations and find more adaptive ways to cope, I would be honored to support you along the way. I tailor my approach to your needs and preferences using techniques from modalities such as CBT, ACT, interpersonal therapy, person-centered therapy, and many others. I offer therapy and evaluations via convenient telehealth sessions.

What you can expect from our first session

I work with my clients to set initial goals and am flexible about how we move forward. Some clients prefer homework and measuring progress through small symptom trackers while others prefer to focus on processing in-session. I aim to create a warm, safe space for you to feel comfortable sharing and working toward your goals together!
