Great to meet you!

Hi I'm Kelsey! I'm happy you're here and ready to start working on your goals. I'm a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist so I believe that our interpersonal relationships affect our mental health and processing these dynamics can help us with our daily problems. I specialize in working with teens and adults who struggle with anxiety, self esteem issues and stress management. Over the past 5 years, I've worked as a therapist in a school district and can help you navigate unique challenges that can arise with children and adolescents.

My approach to therapy

I use a solution focused approach and primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as I believe our thoughts majorly impact our behavior. As I use empathy and positivity, I hope I can guide you to a better understanding of what is going on and help you towards your goals.

What you can expect from me

During our first session we'll discuss why you are starting therapy and your goals so I can start to understand how I can support you. I want to create a safe environment for you to share, process, and reflect on your thoughts. This is where Empathy Begins.
