Great to meet you!

I try to meet my clients where they are, and work to notice patterns that may or may not be helpful to them. I try my best to offer a non-judgmental space where my clients can open up about anything, so they can feel comfortable in the vulnerability of self discovery. I believe we are partners in the process, and that together we can make powerful change that leads to better outcomes.

My approach to therapy

I try to enter the space with each client from a curious, open minded, and non-judgmental place. I am committed to helping each client make progress in a way that is unique to them.

What you can expect from me

In my first session with a client, I am trying to gather information and context, and listen to what brought the client into therapy, and what their goals are going forward.
