Great to meet you!

I provide support to young adults and professionals. I specialize in helping clients manage stress, anxiety, self-doubt, and the challenges of major life transitions.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, calm, and collaborative. I create a nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to be themselves and explore their challenges openly. Sessions often feel supportive and encouraging, with a focus on building insight, coping skills, and confidence at a pace that feels manageable. I draw from mindfulness-based practices, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy.

What you can expect from me

We'll begin with an intake session where I'll learn more about your background, current stressors, and goals. I approach goal setting as a collaborative process, starting with understanding what feels most important to you. My goal is for you to leave the session feeling heard, supported, and with a clearer sense of next steps.
