Kelsey Francis

Hello! My name is Kelsey. I've been happily working in the Mental Health field for over a decade and am now operating in private practice. My background in psychoanalytic training, mental health counseling, and community mental health care have aided me in understanding the many variables that impact each person in their pursuit of health and happiness. I am also passionate about music/art, and consider self-expression essential to the human experience.

My approach to therapy is one of respect- every client comes in with their own unique history and goals, and my job is to collaborate with you in figuring out how to get to where you want to go. Having trust and building rapport is essential and is an integral part of my work.

Everyone's goals are different and often the goals we set out to accomplish evolve or change over time. Whether the obstacles to your next chapter in life are depression, anxiety, relationship issues, or just general feelings of stuck-ness, I aim to create an atmosphere of acceptance, curiosity, and authenticity for my clients to explore these thoughts/feelings and help keep them accountable to their goals.
