Great to meet you!

Hello! I’m Kelsey, a Washington-based LMFT and the owner of Fen & Fir Counseling. Throughout my career, my passion has been supporting individuals as they explore their identities, embrace their unique strengths, and leverage their values to drive meaningful change. Many of my clients are neurodivergent, burnt out, and dealing with difficult relationships. I am dedicated to helping people reconnect with who they are, empowering them to build lives that truly align with what they want.

My approach to therapy

I focus on building a trusting, genuine therapeutic relationship where you feel safe being yourself. Therapy with me isn’t just about fixing, it’s about understanding with compassion. Together, we will explore your values, strengths, and challenges. I aim to support meaningful growth, deepen your relationship with yourself, and create sustainable change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will get to know one another, go over practice policies, explore preliminary goals for therapy, and answer any questions you may have about working with me.
