Great to meet you!

I am both grateful and privileged to have spent 15 years as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and Supervisor, supporting individuals as they navigate life's challenges. I earned my Ph.D. in Counseling and Human Development from Kent State University in 2019. Since becoming licensed in 2010, I've worked in private practice, college counseling, and hospital settings.

I love supporting individuals through transitions, and helping them overcome long-standing issues of anxiety, depression, chronic illness, and trauma. With a deep passion for personal growth and healing, I bring a compassionate, holistic approach to each client I work with.

I’m dedicated to helping you find your path to healing and growth using a variety of insight-oriented modalities, including Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Existentialism.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me is a journey of self-discovery, where the heart, mind, body and soul are all embraced. My approach is centered on understanding your unique perspective, Through our work together, we’ll uncover new insights, gain clarity, and identify actionable steps to create meaningful change.

In our sessions, you’ll find a compassionate yet proactive environment where your strengths are highlighted and used to build a meaningful future. My therapy style is personable and engaging, offering genuine support while also encouraging growth and transformation.

Together, we’ll create a path toward greater well-being, one that aligns with your goals, values, and vision for the future.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, we’ll work together in a collaborative process to uncover the root causes of what’s impacting your life. Through this partnership, we’ll create a personalized plan to help improve your mood, stability, and engagement in relationships and work.

I believe in a tailored, flexible approach to therapy—there’s no single method that works for everyone. While I draw from a range of techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness practices, and guided imagery, I’m committed to finding the right tools that resonate with you.

Whether you're seeking short-term counseling or long-term psychotherapy, our work together will empower you to break free from self-limiting patterns and cultivate a more authentic, fulfilling, and balanced life. Let’s take the first step toward a healthier, more conscious way of being.
