Great to meet you!

Do you have something holding you back from being where you want to be? Well, my name is Dr. Kelsey, and it's important to me that we be a team in getting you to the next step in the life you deserve you to have! I love being a PARTNER in my clients' lives and seeing the strengths that exist within you already (it's there I promise!)! I am a counseling & school psychologist, qualified supervisor, university faculty member and nurse, with 14yrs of experience in therapy, teaching, supervision.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is simple - we work together as a TEAM to find the barriers that are holding you back and to work our way through those. I take an empowering, strengths-based approach to help you meet your goals. I will help you in understanding how you see the world and yourself and help you challenge unhelpful thinking styles. I am HIGHLY trained as a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist Supervisor (CEDS-S), EMDR trained (EMDRIA Approved), and skills in DBT, CBT, relational therapy.

What you can expect from me

I am extremely individualized. Taking you to the next level might mean challenging you, just listening or teaching you skills. I really love to be your partner while also making sure you leave every session feeling like your valuable time was worth it take-aways to grow.
