Great to meet you!

Throughout our work together, I aim to provide a supportive and compassionate space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and lived experiences with greater insight and awareness. I offer thoughtful feedback to support deeper self-understanding and personal growth. I believe that laughter and lightheartedness can play an important role in healing and view them as valuable parts of the therapeutic process.

I care deeply about supporting people through life’s challenges, whether you're navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, self-esteem concerns, or relationship difficulties. Wherever you are in your journey, we can work together to build resilience and move toward a place of greater balance and healing.

My approach to therapy

I approach our work with flexibility and care, drawing from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Positive Psychology, and EMDR. Rather than a one-size-fits-all approach, I tailor treatment to what resonates most with you. I also use a strengths-based perspective to help you build on your natural strengths as a foundation for growth, healing, and resilience.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a welcoming and supportive environment. We’ll begin by discussing what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, and any goals you may have.

My goal is for you to leave the session feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the path forward.
