Great to meet you!

Patients in Missouri often look for clear guidance, fast access, and thoughtful medication support. My focus is helping adults understand their mental health symptoms and finding the right treatment plan that works for their life.

I specialize in psychiatric medication management for anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and stress-related conditions. Many of my patients come in feeling overwhelmed or unsure about medications, and my goal is to make the process simple, collaborative, and comfortable.

I work with patients across Missouri through secure telehealth visits so you can receive care from the comfort of your home. My approach is practical and focused — we work together to identify what is happening, review treatment options, and build a plan that helps you feel better and function better in daily life.

Whether you’re starting treatment for the first time or looking to adjust your current medications, I aim to provide clear guidance and thoughtful care every step of the way.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, structured, and focused on results.

During visits, we look at the full picture of your mental health — including symptoms, stressors, sleep, focus, mood patterns, and past treatment experiences. From there we develop a medication plan that is tailored to your needs.

Medication management is not just about prescribing — it is about monitoring progress, adjusting treatment carefully, and making sure medications are helping you move forward.

Patients often appreciate that our visits are:

• focused and organized

• easy to follow

• supportive and judgment-free

My goal is for you to leave each appointment feeling clear about your treatment plan and confident about the next steps.

What you can expect from me

Your first appointment is a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation where we take time to understand your symptoms, history, and treatment goals.

During this visit we will:

• review your current concerns

• discuss past treatments or medications

• evaluate symptoms such as anxiety, depression, focus issues, or mood changes

• determine whether medication may help

• create a clear treatment plan moving forward

Some patients start with a short consultation visit to discuss their situation and see if we are a good fit before scheduling a full evaluation.

If we move forward together, the initial evaluation allows us to build a treatment plan and schedule follow-up visits to monitor progress and adjust medications as needed.

My goal is to make the process straightforward, supportive, and focused on helping you feel better.
