Great to meet you!

Many of the clients I work with are adults who are accustomed to carrying a great deal of responsibility—whether in their careers, relationships, families, or daily lives—but who find themselves feeling overwhelmed, burned out, disconnected, or uncertain during periods of change.

I specialize in helping adults and couples navigate life transitions, relationship challenges, career pressures, parenting and caregiving demands, health concerns, and the complex emotional shifts that can arise when life no longer feels sustainable or fulfilling.

Together, we work to better understand patterns, strengthen coping strategies, and develop practical tools that support lasting change and a more balanced, meaningful life.

I also have experience supporting active-duty military members and their families as they navigate the unique emotional, relational, and life-transition challenges associated with military service.

Please message me if you don’t see a time that works for your schedule, and I will do my best to accommodate additional availability when possible.

My approach to therapy

I strive to create a nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe exploring their thoughts, emotions, and experiences while developing tools that support lasting growth and emotional well-being. My approach to therapy is compassionate, direct, practical, and solution-focused. I work collaboratively with clients to better understand patterns, manage stress, improve relationships, and navigate life changes with greater confidence.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and discuss what brings you to therapy. We will explore your current concerns or challenges and what you hope to gain from the therapeutic process.
