Great to meet you!

As a trauma therapist, I help individuals explore the ways past experiences can shape their current thoughts, emotions, and relationships. I believe that meaningful therapeutic work begins with a foundation of trust, safety, and understanding. Together, we will work toward creating positive change, nurturing self-compassion, and building a life that reflects growth, balance, and healing.

My approach to therapy

I believe that effective therapy recognizes the uniqueness of each individual and their lived experiences. Creating a space where you feel heard, respected, and comfortable being yourself is important to me. I will be there to listen with compassion, offer support, and gently challenge you when growth calls for it.

What you can expect from me

Beginning therapy can feel vulnerable, which is why the first session is centered on connection rather than assessment. We will move at a pace that feels comfortable as we explore what has brought you to therapy, what you have been carrying, and what healing might look like for you. There is no pressure to have everything sorted out or know exactly where to start. By the end of our time together, you can expect to have a better sense of our partnership and a space where you feel safe, supported, and welcomed.
