Great to meet you!

I love to learn and try new things, be that a new topic in my education or a new craft such as cross-stitch. I’m a nerd and you can often times find me playing video games or reading. When I’m not avoiding the UV rays, you can find me playing with my dog or on a hike.

My approach to therapy

I strive to help my clients reach their goals in a safe, supportive environment, knowing that I am with them every step. My specializations include anxiety, depression, human sexuality, LGBTQIA+, and trauma. I have experience working with people who have survived sexual assault and intimate partner violence. The therapeutic approach I utilize most would be eclectic, primarily focusing on Person-Centered, Existential, and Trauma-informed therapy.

What you can expect from me

I strive to make the therapy process useful and engaging. My clients can expect help and maybe some laughter while they heal.
