Great to meet you!

Hello, my name is Kelsey. I am a biracial Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with a warm, humorous, and affirming style. The majority of my practice focuses on supporting people living with chronic illness, trauma, and anxiety who choose to not worry alone. My approach is driven by various treatment modalities with an integrated approach to best fit your needs. I completed post-graduate training in cognitive behavioral interventions and trauma treatment.

My approach to therapy

I teach young adults, providers, caregivers of older adults and youth how to regulate stress and reframe experiences. Additionally, I help people with brain or violence-related injuries and neurodegenerative diseases, build a more compassionate relationship with difficult emotions and ignite empowerment. Special interest in multiracial identity development.

What you can expect from me

Too often we don't give ourselves the same grace we give others. I warmly invite you to connect with me- Let's reclaim what is already there within you.
