Great to meet you!

Hi! My name is Kelsey Reed. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and a Registered Art Therapist (ATR) in both New York and Massachusetts. I completed my Master's at Lesley University. I have been in practice since 2016 and have supported individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, ADD/ADHD, ASD, relationships and adjustment challenges.

I look forward to supporting you by creating a safe therapeutic space, centered around your goals.

My approach to therapy

I focus my work with a client-centered lens, meeting my clients where they are that day in a space that is warm, compassionate, creative, and interactive.

When clients express interest, I bring art therapy into sessions as another modality. I believe art therapy can act as a creative tool in challenging and processing thoughts, feelings, and emotions.

I also utilize cognitive-behavioral techniques and ideas in sessions when necessary.

What you can expect from me

I hope clients can walk away feeling validated and heard during our sessions and end with thoughts about how they might like to move forward with achieving their goals.
