Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in South Carolina; I earned my Masters Degree in Applied Clinical Psychology from University of South Carolina Aiken in 2014. I have seven years of experience working as a school-based mental health therapist. Following the birth of my second child, I transitioned into private practice, where I have been providing outpatient therapy services for approximately three years. I primarily work with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, depression, and emotional regulation difficulties. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can feel safe exploring their thoughts, emotions, and life experiences.

Whether you are seeking relief from overwhelming emotions, healing from past experiences, or support during a life transition, I am committed to helping you move toward growth, balance, and meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. I draw from evidence-based practices while honoring each person’s lived experience, values, and goals.

What you can expect from me

During your first appointment, we will focus on getting to know one another and understanding what brings you to therapy. We’ll review your background, current concerns, and goals for treatment, and I’ll answer any questions you may have about the therapy process. This session is also an opportunity for you to determine whether my approach feels like a good fit for your needs. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and collaborative environment where you feel comfortable taking the first steps toward meaningful change.
