Great to meet you!

I believe therapy works best inside a real relationship. My style as a therapist is authentic to who I am in everyday life. I show up with warmth, kindness, patience, and humor, creating a space where you feel safe to be yourself. My clients are often navigating anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, self-doubt and self-criticism, and complex relationship dynamics.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, blending intentional self-reflection with actionable steps forward. Together, we'll build self-awareness and self-acceptance, so you can see yourself with more clarity and less judgment. We'll start by tracing how your past shapes your present, uncovering patterns that once protected you but may no longer serve you. This means understanding how early experiences shaped your self-talk, your relational patterns, and the way you respond to stress. From there, we'll turn insight into practice. You'll walk away with tools: ways to manage big emotions, strategies for anxiety tailored to how it actually shows up for you, and communication skills to set boundaries and express your needs clearly.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is mostly about getting to know each other. We'll talk through what's bringing you to therapy, what you're hoping will feel different, and any history that feels relevant to share. There's no pressure to have it all figured out. I'll ask questions to understand your world, and you'll get a feel for how I work and whether it feels like a good fit. By the end, we'll start shaping what our work together might look like going forward.
