Great to meet you!

Hello! My name is Kelsey, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I specialize in anxiety, trauma, and relationships. I have a background in crisis work, family therapy, and relationships.

My approach to therapy

My approach consists of getting to know you first then tailoring my approach to meet your goals. I like to dive deep into WHY you respond to situations in certain ways, and typically this starts with your beliefs about yourself and others. I then use different modalities to address that, such as attachment based therapies and EMDR.

What you can expect from me

My clients have consistently said throughout the years that they feel heard and seen and not judged. Clients share that they feel they finally understand themselves, and can learn healthier ways to navigate life after being allowed the time and space needed to process through whatever barriers have held them back in the past.
