Great to meet you!

Hi! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who believes in working as a team with my clients. I have almost ten years experience treating children, families, teens and young adults in various mental health settings. Teenagers and transitioning young adults with anxiety, depression, pregnancy/postpartum, PTSD and life stressors are my specialty.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is warm and strength-based. I want my clients to recognize all their wins both small and big. I utilize CBT techniques to help clients recognize how their negative thoughts impact their uncomfortable emotions and behaviors.

What you can expect from our first session

This is your time and I meet my client where they are at. It is important we have a relationship where you feel you can open up to me when you're ready. However, that does not mean that I will never challenge you. I want you to feel heard and supported.
