Great to meet you!

I graduated from Southern Methodist University with Bachelors in Biology and Psychology before moving on to St. Edward's University to receive my Master's in Counseling. I am an LPC, was formerly an LCDC, and I am trained in EMDR, meaning I specialize in substance use and trauma. However, I'm here to help with normal life stress as well.

My approach to therapy

We work on the here and now, which sometimes means working on the past as it shows up today. Together, we can work through any issues or struggles that you might be facing. I promise to listen without judgment and offer constructive advice when necessary. You are not alone in this journey and I am here to help you make progress one step at a time.

What you can expect from me

My approach is to create a comfortable environment where you feel heard, understood, and free to share what weighs you down. It is a collaborative experience; you are the expert on what you’re going through, and I’m here to help you process. I strive to create the atmosphere and relationship where you feel comfortable to open up—at your own pace. My goal is for you to walk out of session with real tools to use for real problems.
