Great to meet you!

I am so glad you are here. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 10 years of experience in the mental health field, including time in private practice supporting clients through life’s challenges. I believe every person has strengths, resilience, and areas of growth, even when they feel stuck, overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, emotionally drained, or unsure how to move forward. My work focuses on helping clients better understand their symptoms, build practical coping skills, and create more stability, balance, and confidence in daily life. Rather than focusing only on a diagnosis, I want to understand you as a whole person and support your growth in a way that feels meaningful and realistic.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is individualized, collaborative, strengths-based, and tailored to each client’s needs. I use connection, acceptance, and collaboration to create a space where clients feel validated, empowered, and supported. In session, we may explore patterns related to anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem, relationships, life transitions, emotional regulation, or feeling stuck. We will also work on building coping skills, identifying strengths, setting realistic goals, and creating practical strategies that help you feel more grounded and capable outside of therapy. I believe therapy should help you feel understood while also giving you tools to create meaningful change, stability, and growth.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, I like to keep the space relaxed, open, and supportive so we can begin getting to know one another. We will talk about what brings you to therapy, what has been feeling difficult, and what you hope will feel different moving forward. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, stress, relationship concerns, life transitions, low self-esteem, emotional overwhelm, or a desire for more balance, we will begin identifying goals that fit your unique therapy journey. My hope is that you leave the first session feeling heard, validated, and more clear about how we can work together toward stability, growth, and lasting change.
