Great to meet you!

I became a counselor because I know what it feels like to question yourself, to carry more than you talk about, and to fight the internal battles nobody else can see. Motherhood, relationships, identity changes, anxiety, divorce- it's all so hard.

I help others find clarity in the chaos, feel understood instead of judged, and finally reconnect to the version of themselves they have been missing.

My approach to therapy

I’m a therapist who’s:

  • human first
  • direct but warm
  • compassionate without sugarcoating
  • honest, relatable, and very real
  • not afraid to talk about the really hard stuff

You can cry, laugh, swear, feel stuck, feel messy, ask the hard questions, and be fully yourself.

We’ll use evidence-based tools to help you understand what’s happening in your mind, body, and relationships, and build skills that actually make your day-to-day life feel lighter.

What you can expect from me

I’ll help you reach your goals by breaking them down into manageable steps and giving you the tools to stay consistent along the way. Together, we’ll uncover what’s been holding you back, whether it’s anxious thoughts, unhelpful habits, or relationship struggles, and build new strategies that align with your values. My role is to guide and support you while also holding you accountable, so you can make steady progress toward feeling more confident, balanced, and in control of your life. I usually always incorporate EFT (emotional freedom technique AKA tapping) in to our sessions.
