Great to meet you!

As a diversely trained therapist, I know that caring for our mental health is as crucial as caring for our physical health. I have been working for four years in a clinical setting with complex trauma and have specifically focused on anxiety, depression, ADHD and PTSD. I know that starting talking about mental health and beginning therapy can be intimidating and look forward to working in a comforting and personalized approach.

My approach to therapy

I approach my sessions with a client focused way and creating a partnership in which my clients feel safe and comfortable while also knowing when to challenge and incorporate humor to reach our therapeutic goals.

What you can expect from me

In our introductory session you will have the opportunity to share as much of your story as you would like in an effort to understand your therapeutic goals. In following sessions, we will work together in this process. It is important that my clients know that there is always space to adapt and change how we go about this and my goal is to create an environment where you feel confident and comfortable to be vulnerable and advocate. for. yourself in and out of therapy.
