Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing therapy for adults in Virginia struggling with depression, self esteem issues, anxiety, burnout, trauma, and life transitions. I graduated from George Mason University with a dual masters degree in Social Work and Conflict Analysis & Resolution. I am passionate about helping adults achieve a healthier mindset as I partner with them on their mental health journey.

My approach to therapy

As a therapist, I specialize in working with adults who are facing a range of mental health challenges. Together, we will work to develop tools to help you regain a sense of control, balance, and peace. Whether we’re using Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Processing Therapy for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, or Mindfulness, my approach is always tailored to your unique needs.

What you can expect from me

I’m committed to creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel seen and heard. No matter your background or life experiences, I’m here to help you overcome your stuck points and develop a healthier, happier version of yourself.
