Great to meet you!

I am in independently licensed clinician with a background in social work, which has informed my approach to therapy as a non-judgmental, empathic, and collaborative provider. I have experience working in both inpatient and outpatient psychiatric settings, working with a wide range of clients from those with serious mental illness to navigating life transitions and developing insight into their thought and behavioral patterns. I work with individuals ages 18-64.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, reflective, curious, and collaborative. I work with clients to build a strong therapeutic relationship and depending on a client's needs, can guide them towards gaining their own insight or teach clients different skills and techniques to manage their symptoms.

What you can expect from our first session

While therapy can at times be challenging for clients, I aim to provide a safe environment where clients feel supported in the work they are doing. My overarching goal is for clients to feel heard, supported, and equipped with tools to carry with them beyond their time in therapy.
