I have worked in a wide variety of settings from private practice to inpatient hospitals. My goal in my practice is to help make treatment as easy and stress free as possible!

A bit about my approach to therapy

I help clients navigate through challenges by utilizing an integrative approach that is tailored to best suit you. After all, no two people are identical therefore no two treatments will be identical.

I consider my communication style in therapy as one that is genuine and transparent. I also never underestimate the power of humor while also treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I approach every therapeutic relationship collaboratively as you are the expert in your own life.

What you can expect from our first session

I believe the therapeutic relationship between therapist and client is the most important aspect of treatment. For therapy to be successful, you need to feel comfortable with our relationship from our very first interaction. It is my goal to ensure that our time together will be a safe place for you.
