Great to meet you!

Hello! I am a psychologist with training in working with both adults (~18-40) and older children/adolescents (12-18) who are experiencing a wide range of concerns related to emotional distress, relationship challenges, traumatic histories, identity issues, problems at school or work, and adjustment to life changes.

My approach to therapy

During sessions, I welcome clients’ expression of the full range of their emotional experience. I have a respectful, collaborative, and non-judgmental approach. I also view interactions within the therapy relationship as an opportunity to notice, discuss, and gain insight into patterns that may exist in my clients’ lives outside of therapy.

What you can expect from me

A fundamental assumption in my practice is that you are the expert on your life and I view therapy as a relationship to support you in organizing your self-knowledge and learning to trust and use your expertise. Your individual priorities and life context will be centered in developing your goals.
