Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I have witnessed change and individuals meeting their goals. Each time I am able to witness someone attaining their goals it is an honor. I have been practicing for the past 9 years, focusing on individuals and couples.

My approach to therapy

Everyone needs help at times. I am committed to guiding you toward your goals and new coping strategies. Therapy can be challenging, so a strong working relationship is essential.

What you can expect from me

In a first session with me people should expect to be able to ask questions. Yes, the first session is an intake, but I want people to feel as though they are also interviewing me. Making the decision to start therapy is a difficult one and people should be comfortable asking questions and getting to know their new therapist to make sure they are a good fit.
