Early on in my career I noticed the trend of individuals understanding their patterns of self-sabotage yet still feeling unable to break these. Negative beliefs held about the self still felt true in spite of knowing differently. To address this, I pursued continued education in evidenced based treatments in order to better serve these particular clients.

I am passionate about understanding the neurobiology of symptoms experienced, to provide the treatment that helps people know differently and feel differently.

I utilize evidenced based treatments such as EMDR and Motivational Interviewing to allow my clients to detach from their old negative beliefs and feel more oriented towards the path of their choosing.
