Great to meet you!

Hey! I’m Kelsie. I’m a licensed clinical social worker and somatic therapist with over a decade of experience sitting with people through the complexities of life. My approach is grounded in presence, body awareness, and the belief that healing happens in relationship—with ourselves, each other, nature and the systems we live in. I draw from somatic practices, narrative therapy, and mindfulness to help clients reconnect with their own wisdom, process what’s been stored in the body, and move toward more ease and authenticity.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is relational, somatic, and liberation-oriented. I help clients reconnect with their bodies, inner wisdom, and capacity for authentic living by exploring the intersections of personal history, nervous system patterns, culture, identity, and collective conditions. My work integrates mindfulness, narrative therapy, embodied practices, and relational healing to support deeper self-trust, aliveness, and belonging. I view therapy as a process of remembering — returning to the body, to relationship, to grief, to intuition, and to the parts of ourselves shaped by survival but longing for freedom.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a space to arrive as you are. Together, we’ll explore what’s bringing you to therapy while beginning to build safety, trust, and connection to your inner experience. My work is relational, somatic, and liberation-oriented, meaning we may explore emotions, nervous system patterns, identity, relationships, and the larger contexts impacting your life — all at a pace that honors your body and capacity.
