Great to meet you!

Hey there! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have been in the mental health field for five years. I have experience specializing in working with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of their next steps. Together, we focus on building clarity, emotional regulation skills, and practical strategies that support meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach in therapy is collaborative, structured, and client-centered. I integrate evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and mindfulness-based interventions. Sessions are tailored to your individual goals and pace, ensuring therapy feels both supportive and empowering. I believe therapy should provide not only insight, but also tools you can apply in your daily life. I have experience supporting individuals with executive functioning challenges, burnout, stress related to work or family dynamics, life transitions, LGBTQ+, and identity development.

What you can expect from me

In our first session we will discuss reasons for seeking therapy, therapeutic compatibility, and next steps for moving forward. I strive to create a space where clients feel safe, respected, and understood. My work is rooted in compassion, cultural humility, and a strengths-based perspective.

I offer a free 15 minute consultation to discuss and answer any questions you may have before scheduling a session. I look forward to speaking with you!
