Great to meet you!

I am a compassionate therapist using EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you heal and grow. EMDR is effective for trauma and emotional distress, while CBT helps change negative thought patterns. I earned my Master’s in Counseling from Liberty University, where I trained in various therapeutic approaches. My goal is to create a supportive, safe space to help you reach your personal goals. Together, we can work toward lasting change and emotional well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach is client-centered, empathetic, and collaborative, focusing on creating a safe space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings. I specialize in using EMDR to help process trauma and reduce emotional distress. I tailor each session to your unique needs, working with you at your pace to foster growth and healing. My goal is to help you gain insight, develop coping strategies, and achieve lasting positive change.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to gain a deeper understanding of themselves, along with practical tools to manage depression, anxiety, and other challenges. Through EMDR and CBT, you’ll learn how to process past trauma, reframe negative thought patterns, and develop healthier ways of coping. My goal is to help you build resilience, find emotional balance, and leave each session feeling more empowered and equipped to handle life’s difficulties.
