Great to meet you!

I've been a practicing LCPC since 2014 with extensive experiencing working with children and their families. My background is in trauma and emotional and behavioral issues. But over the years, I've developed a passion for helping caregivers and women feel calm and confident.

My approach to therapy

Collaborative and supportive -- I approach everything with curiosity. I don’t have all the answers, but I’m here to help you find them. With many years of experience working with children and their families, I want to help guide you towards a better understanding of your children and in feeling better equipped to handle their unique needs. I pull from attachment and cognitive behavioral theories to help you challenge unhelpful beliefs and develop a strenghts-based, solution-focused approach to life.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, I want you to feel seen and validated. I will strive to understand who you are and what is most important to you. Together we will identify the next steps that are in the best interest for you and your family.
