Great to meet you!

I’m a bilingual (English/Spanish) licensed clinical social worker with experience treating clients of all ages. I specialize in supporting individuals facing addiction, depression, anxiety, PTSD, and more. My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space to help you heal and grow.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be a safe and supportive space where you feel truly heard and understood. My style is warm, compassionate, and collaborative. I’ll meet you where you are, and together we’ll explore the thoughts, feelings, and patterns that may be holding you back. I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you build practical tools for managing challenges like anxiety, depression, trauma, or addiction.

My goal is to walk alongside you in your healing journey and help you feel more empowered, connected, and hopeful.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you can expect a welcoming, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel safe to be yourself. My goal is to help you build insight, develop healthy coping skills, and feel more in control of your thoughts and emotions. Together, we’ll work on identifying patterns, setting realistic goals, and moving toward lasting change.

Clients often leave sessions feeling heard, empowered, and equipped with tools to handle life’s challenges with more clarity and confidence.
