At A New You Counseling Center, I am a gifted African American male professional committed to providing quality mental health services. It is my goal to enhance the quality of life for individuals and families. My belief is that all people deserve to live a life that is full of joy and become the person they are intended to be. At a New You Counseling Center, my motto is: “The old you will end and the new you will begin."
I utilize Solution Focus Brief Therapy, Hypnosis, as well as other modalities to assist my clients becoming the NEW person they envision becoming. I offer an authentic approach to therapy, where every client is challenged to become the best version of themselves. I specialize in hypnotherapy, substance abuse, grief, depression and anxiety, addictions, marriage/couples counseling, as well as PTSD and other disorders.
At my practice, it is my goal to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space for all clients that will allow them the opportunity to be true with themselves. I also pride myself on my ability to meet my clients where they are currently, which in essence starts their pathway to change.
