Great to meet you!

Have you ever struggled with low confidence, grief, depression, frustration, or the uncertainty that comes with major life transitions? If so, we can work together to find a path forward. Every person is unique, and each of us responds to life’s challenges differently. Sometimes we need clarity about what we can and cannot change; other times, we need support and encouragement to take the next step.

With over 20 years of nursing experience, I’ve learned the true impact of trust, empathy, and compassion. These values guide my approach to care and shape the therapeutic environment I strive to create.

My approach to therapy

Your mental and emotional health is influenced by every part of your life, your history, relationships, stressors, and personal circumstances. Evidence-based practice helps us understand these factors and provide individualized, holistic care. Building a genuine connection, understanding your needs, and establishing a strong therapeutic rapport are central to supporting you as a whole person.

What you can expect from me

Many men move through difficult transitions in silence, carrying burdens alone. It doesn’t have to be that way. I encourage you to reach out, seek support, and allow yourself a space free from judgment. Healing begins when you give yourself permission to be supported. Let’s take that step together.
